Refund & Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Returns
If the product we provided is faulty, you will not be charged any fees.
If you cancel your order during the delivery period, you are responsible for all shipping fees.
If the product is not defective and you choose to return it, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Unless otherwise specified in our return policy, no additional fees will be charged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@veliss.shop.
If the product has an issue, you will not be charged.
If you ordered the wrong item and would like to exchange it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. A gift card will be sent to you once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the purchaser had the order sent to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the purchaser, who will be notified of your return.

Before returning your product, you must contact us at info@veliss.shop to confirm the condition of the package. Once the package is confirmed, you may return it following customer service instructions. Returns without prior confirmation are not accepted and will not be refunded.
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you can vary.
For returns valued at over £159, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
